Every pastor needs a pastor.
– Jeff Henderson, Founder, FOR Movement *
We believe the greatest job in the world is being a pastor.
As pastors, we get to see God work in people’s lives from the front row. We help people experience life change as they begin to live for Christ with their whole heart.
Every week, we impact hurting, broken people with the love and grace of Christ. There is nothing greater than being a pastor!
I would love to meet you and get to know about you and your ministry.
Let’s Connect >>Why We Exist
As great as ministry is, you can’t do it alone. Every Moses had a Joshua; every Joshua had a Caleb; every Paul had a Timothy. God never intended you to serve alone and that is where we come in. We partner with pastors so you can accomplish more than you ever thought possible.
Here are just some of the ways partnering with a coach can increase your effectiveness:
- Maximizing your time
- Overcoming ministry obstacles
- Processing difficult situations
- Recommending possible solutions
In addition, at forpastors.com, all of our coaching sessions remain confidential. What is said in a coaching session stays in the coaching session.

A Story
Do you remember the last time you flew?
My family and I flew to the Northwest in July 2019 to visit Seattle, Yellowstone, and Mount Rushmore. It was an amazing trip!
Every flight I’ve been on starts with the same boring announcement as a flight attendant instructs passengers what to do in an emergency.
I usually check out during the announcement because I’ve heard it so many times before:
In case of a sudden loss of cabin pressure, an oxygen mask will drop down before you. Simply place the mask over your nose and mouth and begin breathing. Make sure you have your mask on before you help others with their masks, including small children.
While the announcement is boring and monotonous, it carries a message for pastors:
You have a profound impact on others around you.
Coaching helps you become more effective, in life and ministry. None of us can achieve our ultimate potential without the help of other people. Through coaching, we partner with pastors so you can accomplish more than you ever thought possible.
Let’s start today. And the first hour is free.
